We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.
Strategy Development: Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Indian market.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the team's progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide detailed sales forecasts to senior leadership.
Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Relationship Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align on lead generation and pricing strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute is highly preferred in the Indian context.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Hard Skills: • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Expertise in CRM software and data analytics (Excel/Power BI).
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Soft Skills: • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong negotiation and influential communication skills (English and local languages).
High resilience and the ability to work under high-pressure targets.
