Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Associate Manager to lead teams, drive business performance, and ensure operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, people management, training & development, achieving business targets, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team to achieve organizational goals and business targets.
Drive sales performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow management.
Recruit, train, mentor, and groom team members for performance improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Prepare and present business reports, MIS, and performance updates to management.
Support management in implementing business expansion and growth initiatives.
