Position Purpose
The Sales Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and driving business through channel partners, brokers, property consultants, referral networks, corporate tie-ups, and direct sourcing initiatives. The role focuses on maximizing project visibility, lead generation, site visits, and sales conversions across all projects.
Identify, appoint, develop, and manage Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants.
Build a strong sourcing network across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Thane, Nagpur, and surrounding markets.
Conduct regular engagement meetings, project presentations, and relationship-building activities.
Ensure timely communication of project updates, offers, pricing, and inventory availability.
