Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Agency Recruitment & Development
Recruit quality insurance advisors / agents.
Train and mentor advisors on GI products, sales pitch, and compliance.
Ensure activation and productivity of recruited agents.
2️⃣ Business Development
Achieve monthly & annual premium targets (Motor, Health, SME, etc.).
Focus on Prime Market customer acquisition.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
3️⃣ Channel Management
Monitor advisor performance and productivity.
Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and joint sales calls.
Maintain strong relationships with top-performing agents.
4️⃣ Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure documentation and policy issuance as per company guidelines.
Maintain regulatory and IRDAI compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (MBA preferred)
2–5 years experience in Agency Channel – General Insurance
Strong knowledge of Prime Market vertical
Experience in handling advisor recruitment & field sales
Good communication and team handling skills
