Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
• Manage and lead field sales teams

• Build partnerships with societies, corporates, builders, and vendors

• Track performance and prepare MIS reports
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff

Eligibility & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4–8 years of relevant sales experience
• Experience in home services or platform-based models preferred
