Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributors and channel partners, leading the field sales team, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within the assigned district.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage and develop distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Territory Sales Officers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.
Ensure product availability and effective merchandising.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
