Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales strategy and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure proper follow-up with leads and conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
