The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales targets. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and market expansion.
Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Monitor individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to management
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams
Handle escalations and close high-value or strategic deals
