The ideal candidate must have proven experience in achieving aggressive sales targets, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with channel partners and retail customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.- Develop and implement strategies to increase retail sales and market penetration.- Drive product adoption and ensure strong brand presence in the market.Channel & Retail Management- Manage and grow retail partners, distributors, and channel networks.- Conduct regular market visits to monitor partner performance and ensure retail availability.- Resolve channel issues and provide continuous support to ensure smooth operations.Business Development- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand business.- Execute promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and sales initiatives.Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team (if applicable).- Conduct sales training sessions for channel & retail staff.Reporting & Analysis- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasting, and performance dashboards.- Track competitor activities and market trends and provide insights to management.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong experience in Retail Sales & Marketing (minimum 5–7 years).- Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Good knowledge of regional markets and retail ecosystem.Education- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).Work Location- Open positions in: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Mumbai
