Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives, drive site visits, and ensure consistent sales closures. The role involves both team management and individual contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
Assign and track leads, site visits, and follow-ups
Drive team performance and revenue targets
Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and closures
Monitor daily activities, pipeline, and conversions
Train and mentor new hires on sales process and product knowledge
Ensure proper CRM usage and reporting

Requirements

2_3years’ experience in real estate sales
Prior experience in team handling / leadership role
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Good knowledge of Pune real estate market
