We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive insurance sales through effective building of POSP team and team management. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through a network of POSP, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Development of POSP (Point of Sales Person)
Promote and enable sales of insurance products (Life/Health/General Insurance)
Manage, train and develop a team of POSPs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with POSPs and clients
Ensure Business Quality and Persistency Management
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Adhere to company guidelines for business reporting and sales activity management
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or BFSI sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and motivate POSPs
Target-oriented and self-driven
Basic knowledge of insurance products
Graduate preferred
