Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance plans.
· Motivate, train, and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
· Monitor daily operations, pipeline management, and lead conversions.
· Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals.
· Prepare accurate sales reports and present insights to management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
· Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales and team handling.
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
· Experience in the EdTech or service-based industry preferred.
