About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, channel sales, B2C sales, and field sales with a strong focus on achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Manage and expand channel partner and dealer networks.
Generate new business opportunities through field sales and customer meetings.
Drive B2C sales and build strong customer relationships.
Identify potential industrial and commercial clients for business expansion.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
