Job Title: IT Infrastructure Sales – Business Development Manager

Location: Pune

Reports To: Head of Sales / Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives in the IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT infrastructure solutions, including data centers, cloud services, networking, storage, and enterprise hardware. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure space.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers).

· Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT infrastructure solutions.

· Collaborate with technical teams to design and present solutions.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

· Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM tools.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure sales or business development.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, cloud, virtualization).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with OEMs like Cisco, Dell, HP, IBM, or cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

· Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
