Sales Manager-CREDIT CARD-Direct Channels Sales Manager - Credit Cards (Direct Channels) Location: Delhi Department: Retail Assets / Credit Cards Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager - Credit Cards (Direct Channels) to drive credit card sales and customer acquisition in the assigned market. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving business targets through direct sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and leading on-ground sales activities to maximize market penetration. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and acquisition of Credit Card customers through direct sales channels. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets assigned by the organization. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field sales and direct engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance acquisition and retention. Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Train, motivate, and guide sales executives to improve productivity and performance. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular MIS reports to management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution of customer queries. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized institution. 3-6+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Credit Card Sales, Retail Lending, or Direct Sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment. Strong understanding of Credit Card products and customer acquisition processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence customers effectively. Team handling and leadership experience will be preferred.
