Identify and research potential business clients and prospects.
Generate leads through calling, LinkedIn, email and other business channels.
Conduct cold calls and introduce the company's products and services.
Understand prospect requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM.
Follow up with prospects and track lead status.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Business Development team.
Assist in preparing sales reports and daily activity reports.
Support the sales team in achieving lead-generation and conversion targets.
Learn and understand FinTech and payment products such as Payment Gateway, Payin, Payout, UPI, BBPS and Merchant Solutions.
