Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Sales Executives. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Freshers will initially join as Sales Interns to gain practical experience and develop their sales skills. Based on their performance during the internship and the company's requirements, they may be offered a full-time position.

Experienced candidates with a background in sales, BD, client handling can apply directly for the full-time Sales Executive position.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound communication.

• Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepareand send quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.

• Maintain and update all leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up targets.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to communicate effectively with clients.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage for experienced applicants.
