Hiring -National Sales Head / Head – Sales
Rajkot

Job Purpose:

Lead the overall sales function of Raj Cooling Systems by driving revenue growth across Domestic, Industrial, Commercial, Tent Cooler, Fan, and Export segments. Develop dealer networks, strengthen distribution, manage key accounts, and achieve annual business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Manage Zonal, Regional, and Area Sales Managers across India.
Expand dealer and distributor network in existing and new markets.
Drive sales of Domestic, Industrial,Commercial,Tent Coolers,BLDC Fans, and new product lines.
Build relationships with OEMs,institutional buyers, project consultants, and government customers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Monitor sales performance, collection, profitability, and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and geographical expansion.
Work closely with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and Service teams.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
Ensure achievement of revenue,margin, and collection targets.

Required Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
8– 12 years of sales experience in Air Coolers, HVAC, Electrical Appliances, Consumer Durables, or Building Products.
Minimum 3 years in a National/Regional Sales Leadership role.
Experience handling a dealer/distributor network across multiple states.
Strong understanding of channel sales, institutional sales, and project sales.
