Job Summary

We are hiring result-driven Sales Executives with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance Sales. The role is focused on lead conversion, sales closure, revenue generation, and target achievement.

The ideal candidate should be confident in customer conversations, understand insurance products, handle objections effectively, and have a proven ability to convert leads into successful policy sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.

• Connect with qualified leads and identify customer insurance and financial protection needs.

• Recommend suitable Life Insurance and Term Insurance products based on customer requirements.

• Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, features, exclusions, and claim-related information.

• Drive leads through the complete sales funnel – lead engagement, follow-up, objection handling, and closure.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on all active leads.

• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to improve conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales information in the CRM.

• Build long-term customer relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing and issuance.

• Follow defined sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Life Insurance / Term Insurance Sales.

• Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Insurance Advisory, Telecalling, or Financial Services Sales will be preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Proven ability to convince, negotiate, handle objections, and close sales.

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on conversion and revenue.

• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications.

• Candidates with a sales-driven mindset and immediate/short notice availability will be preferred.
