ZyrixCraft is looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive who can generate leads through cold calling, pitch digital services confidently, and close deals with business clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B selling, enjoys talking to decision-makers, and is focused on results.
Make outbound B2B cold calls to business owners, founders, and decision-makers
Identify client needs and pitch ZyrixCraft’s services (design, branding, digital solutions, etc.)
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Follow up with prospects via call, WhatsApp, and email
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
Achieve daily call targets and monthly revenue goals
Maintain CRM / lead sheets and update call outcomes
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years in B2B sales or cold calling (freshers with confidence can apply)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers
Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated
Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
Basic understanding of digital services is a plus
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
