Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone and emails.
• Share B2B,B2C rates with travel agents and ensure all necessary details are provided to deliver excellent service to guests.
• Provide information on availability, pricing, and services to clients or guests.
• Process bookings accurately in the reservation system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and special offers.
• Coordinate with Relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow up on tentative bookings and maintain proper records of cancellations or changes.
• Manage group reservations and ensure proper room blocking or service allocation.
• Generate daily and weekly reservation reports as required.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
