Job Overview

YT Overseas is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic UK Education Counsellor to join our team in Guntur. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to interact with students and guide them through their study-abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and direct interactions.

- Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals.

- Explain study-abroad opportunities and available services.

- Counsel students and address their queries effectively.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Coordinate with the internal processing team.

- Assist students with collecting and submitting required documents.

- Maintain student records and daily follow-up reports.

- Build and maintain good relationships with students.

- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+year of experience in counselling, sales or customer handling.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.

- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.

- Ability to work towards targets.

- Previous study-abroad consultancy experience will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to sign a mandatory 1-year employment bond.
