Core Objective
• To identify, engage, and secure new business-to-business (B2B) clients to expand the market footprint of Ethyx Packaging Industries.
• Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify leads based on the company's Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and pricing structures.
• Meeting Appointment: Schedule introductory calls, product presentations, and business meetings for the senior sales or business development team.
• CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain an accurate, real-time database of all leads, interactions, and follow-up statuses in the CRM tool or Excel sheets.
• Consistent Follow-ups: Nurture cold or hesitant prospects through regular and strategic follow-up schedules.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports detailing lead generation metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online B2B marketplaces.
• Key Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient to rejection, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
