Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of sales processes, and experience in Real Estate, Logistics, Warehousing, or 3PL.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.

• Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.

• Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development.

• Experience in Real Estate, Logistics, Warehousing, or 3PL is preferred.

• Good command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

• Good negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
