We are looking for a motivated and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to manage and grow business leads through the IndiaMART platform. The candidate should be experienced in handling B2B customers, converting online inquiries into sales, and preparing sales reports using MS Excel.
Handle incoming B2B inquiries/leads generated through IndiaMART
Contact buyers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand requirements
Prepare and share quotations, product details, and pricing
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain and update product listings on the IndiaMART portal
Manage buyer accounts and build long-term business relationships
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution
Track daily lead activity, conversions, and sales performance
Prepare MIS, lead tracking, and sales reports using MS Excel
Ensure timely response to inquiries as per IndiaMART guidelines
Hands-on experience with IndiaMART Seller Panel
Strong sales and negotiation skills (B2B)
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports)
Understanding of B2B sales cycle and lead management
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Ability to meet sales targets and follow up consistently
