Sales representative are typically the face of the company and word directly with the customers to identify with their needs & provide them with the best possible solution.

The sales department is responsible for generating revenue by selling the company’s product or services to Potential customers.

• Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered

• Initiating sales with  potential or existing customer over the call.

• Assess the needs and requirements of customer

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them

• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfication

• To make detail of fetch data in google sheet

• Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information

• Pitch the services directly to the potential customers

JD for Sales

• Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skill

• Prior experience in Sales coordinator representative or customer service executive

• Target oriented

• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems

• Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy-to-understand manner

• Solid negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets 

• Ug and graduate candidate required
