Experience Required:
10+ years in B2B Sales Leadership (preferably in packaging, textile, or industrial supplies)
About the Role:
Vipul Fabrics is looking at tripling the business over the next 3 years. We are looking for a dynamic Sales
Head to lead this transition.
You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the sales function, driving market share, and ensuring
structured execution
with accountability and system-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all new incoming leads - qualify, track, and mature them into conversions.
- Drive sales from existing clients - improve average market share from 15% to 50%.
- Track and ensure daily sales targets across teams are being met.
- Identify fabric shortages or seasonal demand trends in advance.
- Manage, coach, and scale the sales team from 10 to 25 members.
- Build and implement a client credit verification system for new clients (NBD).
- Guide sales reps on clients not ordering regularly - help revive them directly or via mentoring.
- Lead the CRM team to ensure effective coordination and post-order follow-up.
- Monitor key metrics: new clients added weekly, client-wise market share improvement, monthly dispatch
growth.
