To drive sales of Honda BigWing premium motorcycles by delivering a superior customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
Greet customers and understand their riding needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Promote and sell Honda BigWing motorcycles and genuine accessories.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (unit, revenue, and accessories).
Generate leads through walk-ins, references, follow-ups, and digital platforms.
Conduct test rides and ensure proper customer engagement.
Deliver a premium buying experience in line with BigWing brand standards.
Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and showroom discipline.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospects until booking and delivery closure.
Handle customer objections and escalate issues when required.
Ensure complete and accurate sales documentation (KYC, booking forms, finance files).
Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, and delivery teams.
Update CRM/DMS systems with lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance requirements.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain vehicle usage, warranty, and service schedule.
Promote AMC, extended warranty, accessories, and riding gear.
Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Encourage referrals and repeat business.
Maintain showroom aesthetics and motorcycle display standards.
Participate in showroom events, demo days, and brand activations.
Support marketing activities and local promotional campaigns.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for motorcycles and premium customer handling.
Customer-centric approach with relationship-building ability.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, DMS, MS Excel).
Result-oriented and self-motivated.
Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
1–4 years of experience in two-wheeler or premium automobile sales.
Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
Monthly sales target achievement.
Test ride to booking conversion ratio.
Accessories and add-on sales.
Customer satisfaction scores.
Lead follow-up and closure efficiency.
