Reporting To: Sales Manager / Showroom Manager
To handle walk-in customers, promote Honda BigWing premium motorcycles, convert enquiries into sales, and deliver a superior customer buying experience in line with Honda BigWing standards.
Attend walk-in customers and understand their riding needs and preferences.
Explain BigWing motorcycle features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly.
Conduct and coordinate test rides as per safety and SOP guidelines.
Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Learn product knowledge, sales processes, and showroom SOPs.
Shadow senior sales executives and assist during customer interactions.
Maintain enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive customer engagement.
Actively participate in training programs and daily sales briefings.
Independently manage customers from enquiry to delivery.
Handle customer objections and negotiation professionally.
Support junior sales executives and contribute to team targets.
Build long-term customer relationships and referral sales.
Ensure accurate customer data entry in CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Accessories teams.
Support vehicle delivery process and ensure timely documentation.
Ensure a premium and courteous buying experience.
Follow up with customers post-test ride and post-delivery.
Collect feedback and address customer concerns promptly.
Good communication skills (English, Kannada preferred).
Strong customer orientation and convincing ability.
Passion for motorcycles and riding culture.
Willingness to learn and adapt (for freshers).
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
Experience:
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales preferred.
Mandatory: Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Enquiry-to-booking conversion ratio.
Monthly sales target achievement.
Test ride conversions.
Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
CRM/DMS data accuracy and follow-ups.
