Position: Sales Executive / Store Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store.

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

• Ensure proper stock arrangement and assist in stock counting.

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Inform customers about ongoing offers, promotions, and new arrivals.

• Maintain product knowledge about the brand and items available in the store.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Prior experience in retail sales preferred (garment or apparel industry).

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Presentable personality with good grooming standards.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Salary: As per company standards + incentives.
