About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – B2B (HealthTech) to drive business growth for our digital health solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—and building long-term client relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Conduct initial client engagement and present digital health solutions
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiations and closures
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos
Follow up consistently to convert leads into business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Performance Metrics
Lead generation and conversion ratio
Number of qualified meetings and successful closures
Revenue achieved against targets
Sales pipeline accuracy and forecasting
Client acquisition and retention performance
Requirements
Graduate / MBA (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales process
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
Target-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation
