Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting property site visits, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. If you have excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience in real estate sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and explain property details to potential customers.

• Schedule and conduct property site visits.

• Negotiate with clients and close property bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.

• Coordinate with CRM and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into sales.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline or candidates with relevant experience.

• 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Fresh applications without real estate experience will not be considered.

Skills Required

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficiency in at least two regional languages.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up.

• Customer-focused with a target-oriented approach.

• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
