Job Summary
The Sales & Support Executive will be supposed to manage sales activities along with customer support operations. The role involves handling client inquiries, generating sales, processing orders, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and inquiries.
Generate new sales leads and follow up with existing clients.
Promote company products and services to potential customers.
Close sales and achieve assigned targets.
Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and order-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Update MIS/CRM systems with sales and support data.
Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations teams as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to handle customers professionally and courteously.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support roles.
Familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
Experience in pharma, healthcare, or related industries (preferred but not mandatory).
Language proficiency: Hindi and English mandatory; knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada will be an added advantage.
