We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Toss the Balloon. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers 15000-17000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable balloon decor and event packages.
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution after booking.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0-2 years work experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
