JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls and follow-ups.
Explain company projects, plot details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Coordinate site visits and meetings with customers.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Build good customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Experience in sales or real estate will be preferred.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 6Months to 1 years preferred.
