We’re Hiring | Sales Executive – Menstrual Hygiene & Sustainable Solutions
We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead B2B sales for menstrual hygiene products and sustainability-led solutions. This is a field-intensive, purpose-driven role creating real social and environmental impact.
📍 Work Mode: Full-time | Extensive field travel
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Location: - Mumbai ,Pune ,Chennai ,Delhi
💼 Experience: 1–2 years (B2B sales preferred)
🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Business, Marketing or related)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive sales of sanitary pads, disposal units & vending machines
✔ Generate leads via cold calling, networking & referrals
✔ Build relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, malls & govt institutions
✔ Conduct product demos & menstrual hygiene awareness sessions
✔ Negotiate pricing, close deals & meet revenue targets
✔ Coordinate with marketing on campaigns & promotions
✔ Maintain CRM, sales MIS & reporting
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction & after-sales support
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 1–2 years of sales experience (healthcare / hygiene / impact sector preferred)
🔹 Strong communication & presentation skills
🔹 Willingness to travel extensively
🔹 Passion for women’s health & sustainability
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
🔹 Regional language proficiency preferred
