Job Summary:-
We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to support student admissions for School of Angels. This role involves field marketing, parent interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into admissions. Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior experience in field sales or education marketing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily field marketing activities in assigned areas such as apartments, supermarkets, churches, markets, and nearby schools.
• Interact with parents to explain school offerings including Daycare, Play Group, Nursery, LKG, UKG, and After-school activities.
• Identify prospective parents and collect accurate lead details (name, phone number, child age, program interested).
• Follow up with leads using company-provided SIM cards and schedule school visits.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to close admissions.
• Submit daily end-of-day reports including leads collected, visits scheduled, admissions, and challenges faced.
• Participate in daily briefings and weekly performance review meetings.
• Work as a team player and support overall admission targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / PUC (Graduates preferred).
• Freshers are welcome; minimum 1 year experience in field sales or education marketing is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Willingness to work in the field and on weekends (weekday weekly off).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
Work Schedule
• 6 working days per week
• One weekday off per week
