Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves customer interaction, understanding requirements, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, visits, and referrals

• Follow up with existing and prospective clients

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

• Maintain client records and sales reports

• Support the sales team in closing deals

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused and target-driven attitude

• Ability to build long-term client relationships

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / HSC (Any stream)

• 0–3 years of experience in sales (Freshers can apply)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in field or inside sales

• Willingness to travel for client meetings

• Local market knowledge is an added advantage
