Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in pitching products, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients from provided databases

• Identify decision-makers and present company products effectively

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM

• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp (if applicable)

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable handling objections and closing deals

• Good knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred, if applicable)

• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset

• Basic understanding of sales pipeline and lead management
