Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Work Schedule: Mon- Sat (9:30AM-7:00PM)

Annual Salary: Upto 3-4LPA (Based on Qualification, Experience and Interview Performance) + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Chat Process) to join our in-office team. This position is ideal for freshers who have strong written English skills and are eager to build a successful career in sales. You will receive training and guidance to help you understand our services, engage with customers over chat, and grow into a high-performing sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential customers through real-time chat conversations.

2. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our VoIP products and services.

3. Assist in converting leads into sales through effective communication.

4. Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone in all chat interactions.

5. Keep records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

6. Work closely with the team for service activation, pricing, and clarifications.

7. Learn continuously about VoIP products, telecom basics, and sales techniques.

Essential Skills, Qualification and Experience:

1. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

2. Graduates from any stream or discipline can apply (Candidates currently in their final semester/year are also eligible to apply)

3. Strong written and verbal English communication.

4. Fast Typing Speed

5. Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to take initiative.

6. Ability to multitask and communicate professionally via chat.

7. Basic computer knowledge and comfortable with chat tools.
