Hutshunts.com is looking for confident and result-oriented female candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with an interest in residential construction and real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for residential construction projects.
Convert potential leads into clients and successful projects.
Conduct client meetings and site visits.
Build strong business relationships with architects, brokers, and consultants.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with potential clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and branding activities.
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sales and business development.
Understanding of the residential construction or real estate industry is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing.
Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
