Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to bring their Real Estate expertise to our team at Tech Solution Services in Noida, Sector 6 Noida. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 1-2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
