Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Job Summary

Tech Guru IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online lead generation.

• Promote IT products and services including Servers, Networking Solutions, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Website Development, Software Licensing, CCTV Solutions, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.

• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain CRM records and update sales activities regularly.

• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Security, and Software Solutions.

• Ability to understand client requirements and provide consultative selling.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in selling IT Hardware, Servers, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, AMC Services, or Managed IT Services.

• Existing network of corporate clients will be an added advantage.
