Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and skilled at turning prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential and existing customers

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales strategies

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
