We are looking for a Hiring for Multiple Roles - Inside Sales / Business Development / Customer Support Executive for renowned companies across Mumbai. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities (Inside Sales)

● Speak with inbound leads

● Explain the dermatologist-reviewed treatment approach clearly and ethically

● Understand concerns and guide them towards the right treatment plan

● Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow structured call protocols

● Meet conversion and quality benchmarks without compromising trust

Who We’re Looking For

● Candidates with strong business acumen

● 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, healthcare sales, or consultative roles

● Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)

● Ability to explain medical or structured information in simple terms

● High integrity, empathy, and patient-first mindset

● Comfortable working in a fast-growing healthcare startup environment


Profile 2- Business Development

As a Sales Executive, Your efforts will directly impact student success and business growth by

• Engaging with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups, building meaningful connections.

• Understanding each student’s unique needs to provide tailored course recommendations and guidance.

• Consistently achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.

• Maintaining accurate records and communication logs in the CRM system, ensuring smooth operations and follow-through.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education journey.
  
  Profile 3 -Customer Support

  • Respond to Queries: Handle customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.

  • Feedback Escalation: Identify recurring concerns and relay customer feedback to product or support leads.

  • Assistance- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

  • CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in support platforms.
