• The Territory Lead is responsible for managing and scaling UCO (Used Cooking Oil) collection operations within an assigned geography. The role includes partner onboarding, daily field operations, compliance monitoring, route coordination, and achieving monthly UCO volume targets.
• Territory Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end UCO pickups, ensure SLA compliance, monitor route execution, resolve field issues.
• Partner Management: Manage relationships with restaurants/hotels, coordinate pickup schedules, resolve partner concerns, ensure compliance.
• Territory Growth & Expansion: Identify and onboard new UCO suppliers, map potential areas, build and maintain a growth pipeline.
• Team Management: Supervise field executives and drivers, ensure productivity, provide safety and compliance training.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to FSSAI and environmental guidelines, conduct audits, educate partners on UCO storage standards.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate pickup records, track daily/weekly volume performance, submit territory KPIs.
• Internal Coordination: Work with fleet managers, finance, and plant teams to ensure smooth operations and timely drop-offs.

• 2–6 years experience in field operations, logistics, supply chain, FMCG distribution, or waste management.
• Experience working with restaurants, cloud kitchens, or aggregator networks is preferred.
• Strong geographical knowledge and partner management experience.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and operational dashboards.
• Fluency in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
