Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through corporate, brand, and event leads.
• Conduct cold calling, client outreach, and lead qualification.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, timelines, and event objectives.
• Present company services, portfolio, and capabilities to prospective clients.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
• Handle negotiations and drive deal closures while maintaining profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and lead tracking systems.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing.
• Prior experience in the Events, Experiential Marketing, Weddings, Production, or Hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into business.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
