Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and demos to understand their marketing goals.
Pitch GrowEasy’s AI-powered platform and explain how it automates ads, improves conversions, and saves time.
Conduct platform demos and guide prospects through features, pricing, and onboarding.
Manage the full sales funnel lead qualification, follow-ups, demos, and closures.
Achieve weekly and monthly revenue and activation targets.
Maintain detailed CRM updates and track pipeline progress.
Collaborate with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and user experience.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with leadership to improve the platform and sales process.
Participate in events, webinars, and outreach activities when required.
Required Qualifications
0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, or a similar role.
The candidate should be able to work remotely but open to WFO in the next 6 months.
The candidate should have a Laptop/Computer with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Freshers who are confident communicators and quick learners are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong interest in digital marketing, SaaS, or AI-driven tools.
Ability to explain tech products simply and persuasively.
Comfortable working with sales targets and numbers.
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
A self-starter with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
