We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
