Job description:

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Girl
Location: Sadar Bazar Morar
Department: Retail Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
Explain product details such as weight, pricing, quality, and offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/card transactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons
